3 Account Management
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on NinoGame at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or other credentials — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
NinoGame supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
- Minimum deposit amount: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your payment method and account verification status.
- You may only withdraw funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
- NinoGame does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
- In cases where a bonus has been claimed, withdrawal eligibility is subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 5 below.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games on NinoGame — including Tongits, Color Game, Fishing Games, PBA Betting, Volleyball Betting, and live casino products — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or help section. By participating, you accept both these Terms and the specific game rules.
- Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the platform specifically allows a cancellation window.
- In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or service interruption during a game session, the round outcome may be determined by our system logs. NinoGame's decision on disputed rounds is final.
- Odds and game outcomes for sports betting reflect market conditions at the time the bet is accepted. Odds shown are not guaranteed until the bet confirmation is received by the player.
- For live sports events, bets are accepted up to a cut-off time determined by NinoGame. Bets placed after this cut-off may be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on NinoGame and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that gives an unfair advantage or manipulates game outcomes.
- Collusion with other players to unfairly influence game results, including in Tongits and other card games.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors. Any such exploitation discovered must be reported to NinoGame immediately.
- Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
- Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing others to use your account.
- Money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime through the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing NinoGame staff, customer support agents, or other players.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with NinoGame's platform, servers, or security systems.
8 Privacy & Data

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any active bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
11 Limitation of Liability
